BLACK IVY
BLACK IVY is a hidden venue experience within Page House, designed for clients who want their event to feel like a discovery from the very beginning. Guests enter through a non-descript black door and ascend a foliage-encased hidden staircase illuminated with warm ambient lighting before arriving at two private event rooms transformed with black velvet draping and dramatic uplighting. The experience includes a custom LED neon-style sign installed at the top of the staircase, personalized for your event and yours to keep afterward. The primary space includes a 450sf lounge connected to our adjoining 950sf event room, creating a flexible footprint ideal for intimate dinners of up to 60 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 100. BLACK IVY was created for planners, brands, and hosts looking to turn a traditional event into something immersive, unexpected, and unforgettable.
BLACK IVY RENTAL RATES
One Day Rental-$9,500
Includes up to 8 hours of access including load-in and load-out
Additional hours - $550 per hour
Clients are required to book security through our exclusive provider (estimated at $400 for most events)

BLACK IVY is designed to be highly customizable. Clients may upgrade or modify elements of the experience including:

BLACK IVY includes one private restroom within the experience space
A second restroom located outside of the experience area may also be made available
Load-In for additional equipment will come through Page House which has a standard elevator. Large furniture and decorative pieces need to be carried up one flight of stairs
The experience may be expanded to include the remainder of the second floor for an additional fee
BLACK IVY is ADA accessible through a separate rear building entrance
