Indoor Seated Dinner Capacity, Single Room: 80 guests
Indoor Reception Capacity: Up to 200 guests
Outdoor Seated Dinner Capacity: 150 guests
Indoor/Outdoor capacity: Up to 400, requires executive restroom trailer

Onsite parking for your Ambassador and up to two additional vehicles
Coordination with diplomatic security teams
Controlled entry points
Flexible event timelines
ADA accessibility (through the rear of the building, ADA restroom is located outside the event space and available upon request)
Cultural & Catering Flexibility
We understand that the cuisine served at diplomatic events is an important expression of national identity. Your event should authentically represent your country and traditions, and our team is committed to supporting that representation with flexibility and respect.
Embassies are welcome to work with their preferred caterers, including those who may not be on our current approved vendor list. We are happy to coordinate directly with your selected culinary partners to facilitate required documentation, including Certificates of Insurance.
Preferred Diplomatic Partner Rates
As a courtesy to nearby embassies, we extend preferred diplomatic partner rates:
10% courtesy rate for individual events
25% preferred partnership rate for multi-event programming
